Temperature and aggressive driving can significantly reduce the electric range. In cold conditions, the range is reduced because the battery is used to supply energy to the heating system. It is the same for hot conditions with air-conditioning (AC). Although this graph represents the testing of 2015 models, the same information can be applied to newer models. The good thing is that new EVs have longer ranges, so even with the use of heat or AC and aggressive driving, you'll still be able to get to where you're going.
